Do I need a subscription to use the app?

Yes, you'll need an active subscription to use our app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

This depends on how you started your subscription. If it was via the app, either on Apple or Google, you'll need to go to your 'Subscriptions' under 'Settings' on your phone.

If you started your subscription via web, you can find a link in the receipt emailed to you, which has a link to manage your subscription.

Does my partner also need a subscription?

Only one subscription is needed per couple. So if you have a subscription, your partner can access the app for free under yours

Do I have to use the app with my partner?

Not at all. Many people use the app on their own, and report great improvements in their relationship.

There's lots to do in the app on your own. There are plans, expert content, self-reflection work. Plus you can analyze texts with your partner, and (with their permission) analyze arguments and conversations too, without them needing to also use the app.

If you do want to add them anytime, then they can join for for free under your subscription.
